Balder is a publicly traded real estate company that develops and manages residential properties, commercial properties, and hotels in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, and England.The assignment included sales and leasing-driven marketing for newly constructed condominiums, rental apartments, and commercial spaces, with a strong focus on lead generation. The marketing team worked on both comprehensive project packaging in the early stages as well as final campaign launches for individual unsold units. During these years, a major branding project was also carried out, resulting in an updated visual identity and tone of voice for the entire Balder brand. The marketing team was based in both Gothenburg and Stockholm.

The entire marketing team's focus was on transitioning from traditional relationship marketing to digital substitutes/ complements, and on implementing higher measurability in all marketing activities. The assignment was shared between Gothenburg and Stockholm.

The focus is on owner-managed small and medium-sized enterprises.Responsible for a senior marketing team that worked on brand management, employer branding, sponsorships, campaigns, PR/content planning, both internal and external communication channels, and the planning and execution of over 60 events per year. The role was part of both national and regional management teams and the business development committee to ensure that marketing perspectives were integrated into all business strategies. Both the marketing team and the position were split between Gothenburg and Stockholm.

Chalmers Ventures (formerly Encubator) creates new companies by connecting business ideas from large corporations and research with entrepreneurial drive from Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship.In addition to building the Encubator brand and a small marketing team, the role also included giving presentations and coaching portfolio companies on marketing strategy. Over six years, nearly 50 startups were created, primarily in the tech and life science sectors. The focus was heavily on PR and building and nurturing investor and board networks both locally and globally. All communication was conducted in English.

The role involved marketing responsibility for trade fairs in Sweden, Norway and Denmark where all marketing was done in the local language. It included planning, coordination and execution of trade fairs in industries such as packaging, plastic technology, shops, conferences, etc. A large focus was on graphic production and printed marketing material.

BestMedia was a local media agency focused on digital marketing products and gaming.The role included assignments for several different brands in the Nordics and France and a marketing responsibility for BestMedia's largest client, BestPoker, in the Finnish market. The focus was on planning marketing campaigns which included PR, events, sponsorship and the production of printed and digital marketing material.
