Reskilling and workforce leader with 15+ years experience in education and tech, I design transformational learning journeys that unlock the confidence and motivation needed for people to achieve their greatest amidst the most challenging scenarios...like landing a job offer with "zero experience" in a new industry under the pressure of a 3 month visa deadline. I currently lead the development of products and programs for reskilling efforts and workforce mobilization that drive revenue growth, funding, and major business milestones.My work started in the classroom. One of my most formative experiences was teaching ESL to Elementary students in Madrid, Spain. Early in the school year, Pablo, a special-needs student, pushed his assignment in front of me for feedback. I nodded at him to wait but he misunderstood the gesture as negative feedback. He nodded at me, assured me he could do better, and vigorously began redoing the assignment. One-by-one all eight students did the same thing. I was shocked. My learning-challenged students were starving for a challenge. I've kept this lesson with me in every program I've designed. We will do our greatest work when challenged.
