Since beginning as a Teller in the fall of 2004, I have worn many hats in many different offices within Brookline Bank. I have been a Teller, a Teller Supervisor, a staff development coach & trainer, a Personal Banker, Assistant Branch Manager and now I am a Branch Manager.I am currently located at the West Medford Office of Brookline Bank430 High Street, Medford MA 02155 - 781-396-2744 - mreagan@brkl.comAs Branch Manager, I am responsible for building new banking relationships with community members and businesses, as well as enhancing existing relationships by learning about my customers' needs and seeking opportunities to meet them. As Director of Promotions for one of Boston's premier Artist Development companies, I was responsible for marketing Recording & Voice studio services to new and existing clients, for producing the studio newsletter and for promoting clients to producers and record labels.

As Denim Expert for Old Navy, located at the Meadow Glen Mall in Medford, MA (no longer open), I delivered outstanding customer service, maintained four clean and organized denim shops, and often assisted on the register and in the fitting room.
