The purpose of the project at Väderstad AB was to obtain suggestions on how their spare parts flow could achieve increased efficiency with the help of reduced lead time. To achieve this, tools such as process mapping, flow analysis, lead time reduction and standardization was applied.The project was conducted in groups of two with a shared responsibility for completing and implementing the project. To meet the goals good analytical skills, structured working methods, good collaboration and creative thinking were needed.

Assignment for Norrköping Vatten och Avfall with the aim of developing a new quality measure. The quality measure consisted of economic and qualitative values ​​that, in combination with each other, described the quality of the business. Using selected parameters, the model was built in Excel. The assignment was very free, which required good planning and communication skills as well as creative and analytical thinking.

My role as vice president was to assist and support the other board members at Linwin. I was responsible for different projects/workshops and handled the contact with our sponsors.

To enable my work, I needed to have control over factors such as demands, accessibility in materials and resources, which required structured and communicative work methods.This task also meant rapid changes, both in terms of production constraints, such as quality defects on input materials or changes in resource capacity, but also based on customer requests. Flexible and solution-oriented working methods were therefore of great importance. A large proportion of the customers I worked towards came from global companies. In this way I gained great experience of communicating in English, both in speech and writing
