I have broad experience from the field of personality assessment in recruitment for top managerial positions while working with and developing a highly profiled psychological assessment company and contributing to a fast expansion. Close to ten previous years of work in clinical in-patient psychiatric and psycho-social settings, has given me an in-depth understanding of neuropsychological and personality disorders and reactions to stress, and how those may affect behavior and social adjustment. Strong values are important to me, and I have paid a special interest and gained an in-depth understanding of the challenges of deploying staff to peace keeping and development work in developing countries. This is also the objective of my company SAHRA AB. My theoretical understanding of personality is psychodynamic, meaning, how personality as a description of typical, individual patterns of internal and external behavior, is likely to interplay with the situation at hand. I have specialized in performance based personality tests, such as the Wartegg and the Rorschach, and their special contribution to a dynamic understanding of the individual. A parent of a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and with 10 previous years of clinical experience in adolescent in-patient care, since 2013 I work with advocating SEN and neurocognitive conditions such as ADHD and ASD in the national parental network "Barn i Behov".
