In my role as the Business Line Manager for Planning, I am responsible for developing and growing Roima Intelligence's Planning solutions business.

In my role I am responsible for the solution design and timely project execution for software solutions that solve our customers' planning puzzles.As a business consultant, I'm working with customers to provide solutions to various planning puzzles in S&OP, Logistics planning, Detailed Scheduling, Workforce planning etc. Most of my experience is with the DELMIA Quintiq product, though I have worked on some other solutions as well.Besides implementation and support projects, as a business consultant I also conduct and support various Pre-studies at customers to identify gaps in current IT solutions and processes.I am part of Roima Intelligence's ESG group.

During my time as Trainee at the Logistics Network Development team at Kone, I led and supported a multitude of diverse projects related to Logistics, Information Systems development, Process development, KPI definition, Building business cases and Mapping business requirements for systems improvement. I also conducted daily data analyses to help in decision making and improving reporting accuracy. I also managed the Supplier Integration process for smaller Suppliers.Through my efforts, several processes were streamlined to reduce time spent on manual tasks. I learned a lot about project management, improved my skills in data analysis and acquired an extensive view on the inner workings of a massive industrial organization’s Logistics and Information systems processes.

Handling RFQ:s for many projects globally. Developing an RFQ Tool on excel to enable quick and standardised RFQs, both planned and ad-hoc. Also taking part in other development projects related to project management, reporting and the RFQ process.

Calling and managing leads, helping customers, answering RFXs, mapping prospects

During the summer, I called dozens of prospects, mainly in Finland. I reached nearly all I called, and several calls lead to further actions, as in meetings and further phone calls. During my time at the Vantaa office, the Business Unit’s Lead-score on the Quintiq’s Balanced Score Card rose significantly.I Helped answering three Requests for Proposals, two in English and one in Swedish. I mostly took care of the layout in the documents, wrote a lot of free-format text and summarized technical texts. I also translated almost 100 pages of technical text from Finnish to English.I one-by-one went through and updated over 1400 contacts and over 350 companies in the Salesforce CRM system. I also did research and mapped over thirty organizations, their corporate structures, decision makers, financial situations and strategic directions.
