I've recently been working with clients both from the public and private sector to reimagine and deliver more inclusive products and services for users and customers. I truly believe that every single one of us should have equal access to the digital world, which is becoming more and more essential to our everyday life. It is crucial that we remove any potential barriers and design and develop websites, systems, and applications that respect the diversity of human experience.I've been working as a Experience, Inclusive Design, Accessibility and Usability Specialist since 2013, I’ve led a number of events, initiatives and courses for clients and employees, designed to build the passion and hands-on skills necessary to create products and services that are not only accessible, but truly inclusive.By designing with excluded communities, I believe we do not only create products and services that allow everyone to participate equally in the digital world – we challenge ourselves to think differently, propel innovative ideas and automatically improving products for all users.As a life-long learner in a rapidly changing and broad field, I am committed to working on projects to develop my skills and knowledge.
