 Responsible for day to day operation which included scheduling of Inspectors (5 inspectors) for daily jobs. Preparation of proposals along with the quote after reviewing the scope as given by the client.  Daily updating the client – from the commencement of the job till the completion. Preparation of Job file from review of scope till final report and invoice which are placed in Job Tracker folder having a file number which can be easily traced. Providing support to the client on local regulations and procedures for their shipments. Marketing for local and International jobs, visiting clients as required. Responsible to build the capacity of the team to involve communities in participatory planning, design, development, including synthesizing information for implementation in the Area development program. Conduct research and studies to support organizational goals. Responsible to develop contacts and build rapport with high ranking Government authorities to promote organizations goals and objectives. Organize various events, workshops, to promote the organization. Assisting Accounts for DSO (out standing payments)
