I have over 20 years of consumer research experience at both the agency and client end, across emerging and developed markets like Europe, India, UAE, South East Asia. My core competency lies in building sustainable client relationships through a consultative approach. I have been a client business partner and account lead for premier accounts all along my career. My experience areas include deconstructing consumer decision making, understanding impact of culture on attitudes and behaviour, early innovation and communication development. I enjoy integrating insights from multiple data sources (analytics, quant, social) with advanced qualitative research to deliver strong solutions that create business impact. More recently, I have diversified into developing the Kantar Qual CX tool kit and the Qualitative UX Design offer rooted in behavioural science led solutions. In my previous role I have managed Kantar UK Qualitative's largest client, growing their nicotine business by helping them navigate the complex world of new categories.Over 2011-2014, I was Regional Client Business Partner for Unilever, as their SPOC for all qualitative solutions for CMI, CTI and brand teams in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, China and India . I am a Unilever CMI and CTI accredited research lead. My role at the client end as Consumer Insights Manager at Italian confectionery major, Perfetti Van Melle, further enhanced my ability to convert consumer insights to marketing action In essence I would describe myself as a passionate researcher storyteller, helping resolve business issues basis deep human understanding.
