I was handling a project called Nokia Guru service. A small percentage of Nokia Smartphone users activate the servicesavailable on their handset. In order to educate the customer about Nokia services and to help them realize their full potential, Nokia plans to deploy Nokia Gurus. Nokia Gurus are a set of trained experts who will make house calls atthe customers’ convenience to provide this service at an affordable charge. I was required to integrate various elements involved in rolling out the pilot and recommend the way forward.
