Program(project) Management –  leads the project designing and planning process. Implements project activities in the partner schools and communities that are in line with KEF manadate. Ensures that annual target/ growth plans are achieved. Maintains continuous improvement of the projects implemented by basing on lessons learned and experiences from the existing previous activities in the project communities and other related organizations.  Oversee monthly reports on project activities, training, critical issues etc and consolidate the same. 2. Financial Management Assists the COO in developing Annual plan & budget for the project.  Manage finances of the project in accordance with KEF’s policies and procedures and local laws.  Submits accurate and high quality financial reports in accordance with Organizational requirements. 3.
