An active member of the practice's leadership teams and reporting to the Nordic HR Lead for the business unit. For these practices I am doing the following: - Coaching leaders and employees in all HR matters. - Coordinating daily HR activities related to contracts, employment law, policies etc. - Involved in staffing process to make sure we match the right talent with the right roles. - Headcount planning, working with business leads, HR leads and recruiters to make sure we hire talent and skills that match with demand. - Coordinating the annual rewards and performance process. - Driving global and local change management initiatives and communication.

Booked orders and was the contact person for around 20 B2B customers located in the Netherlands and Great Britain. The job included coordinating the incoming orders with in-house departments as well as solving issues related to the orders such as follow up on payment, invoicing, credits, commissions and bonuses. The incoming work-flow was prioritised independently with a general instructional framework. The job also included invoicing and transport booking for the orders.
