Malin Söderlund is producer at Unlimited Stories AB (a independent production company in Sweden), Beta Nordic Studios has a majority stake in the company since 2022. At Unlimited Stories Malin’s role as producer is to find, develop and produce new projects, both feature films and tv drama series with great potential. As producer she is working in close collaboration with her creators and projects - all the way from first pitch to the screen/premiere and so on. Malin Söderlund started in the film business in the late 90s, and has worked in all different positions. From 2015 she was part of Anagram Väst AB building the newly opened Gothenburg office developing and producing several media projects. From the years as freelance line producer for feature films and tv dramas (between late 90's and 2015), many of whom co-productions, she has earned a big experience, and all hands-on filming has given her an extensive film production experience and skills.Educations - in selection:- Bachelor in Fine Arts (film science) from Göteborg University- Master in International Co-Financing also from Göteborg University - EAVE- Series Women (Erich Pommer Institute)In 2017 Malin started at Unlimited Stories and has since then produced 5 feature films from famous IP of the books about Sune and Håkan Bråkan, by book writers Sören Olsson and Anders Jacobsson (Storyside/Storytel, earlier Egmont). The 5 films have been huge successes and have been nominated for eg. Swedish Guldbagge, on the top list in Swedish cinema and has been in competition at Generation K/Berlinale. On the top 20-list for Swedish films between 2018-2024 Unlimited has produced 7 out of 20 films, and Malin Söderlund has produced 5 out of the most popular 10 films. Today she is producing a new feature film about HÅKAN BRÅKAN and also developing different feature films and tv series for broadcasters/streamers for the next years to come.
