I hold budget responsibility and report directly to the CEO and the board. Project lead on E-commerce site makeover with new functions, launched fall 2022. My responsibilities include Direct Marketing, Customer-Specific Marketing, CRM, Analysis, Marketing Research, and Reporting. Consortio Fashion Group (CFG) consisted of four brands, Cellbes, Halens, Bubbleroom and Discount24, and was one of the leading groups in the Nordics. While the primary focus was on fashion, the group also offered electronics, exercise products, home furnishings, and beauty products. Sales were primarily direct-to-customer through E-commerce and/or traditional mail order.
