▪ Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the Project Controls Department includingPlanning, Cost control and commercial Teams to obtain maximum efficiency, Quality, and Effectiveness.▪ Develop and implement project control strategies, policies, and procedures to effectively manage theproject's scope, schedule, cost, and quality and ensure they are aligned with industry best practices,regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.▪ Collaborate with project managers to establish project control baselines, including scope, Schedule, and cost baselines, and ensure they are regularly monitored and updated.▪ Monitor and analyze project performance against established baselines, identify deviations, and provide timely reports to project stakeholders.▪ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of controls through Audits and reviews to ensure compliancewith project control standards, industry best practices, and applicable regulations.▪ Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice and insights on project controls to supportdecision-making processes.▪ Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely tracking of project costs,including budget preparation, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.▪ Collaborate with Sr. Controls Manager to provide regular reports on the status of controls, key controlmetrics, and control-related issues, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending remediationactions.▪ Participate in the development and implementation of ERP systems and PMIS Systems, ensuring controlsare embedded in system configurations, user access controls, and change management processes.

▪ Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the Budget Department to obtain maximum efficiency, Quality, and Effectiveness.▪ One of the key Team members in the Establishment of the Enterprise Project management office(EPMO).▪ Managing and responsible for the SAP Project System (PS) Module to ensure the integration of all departments.▪ Establishment and Preparing the Cost Planning of the Projects to issue the Budget details up to the resources Qty and rate including the materials, Labor, Subcon, and equipment.▪ Enhancement of all Operation processes and PMO development through implementing the Standard process and organizational governance to get the required benefits and aligned with the business strategy.▪ Reviewing and enhance the preparation of the Projects Time schedule relations and Resource through providing the detailed resource Required to execute the project (Manpower Productivity-Equipment-staff histogram,..etc)▪ Managing the client change orders by Preparing cost estimates and negotiating with the clients then Applying in the Cost the baseline of the project.▪ Managing the Quantity Surveying system and following up with the PMT to control the Project Qty and the Billing Amount to the client and Subcontractor.▪ Monitor and Controlling all Pre-contract (Request for Subcontractor, SPR, Purchase request,..etc) Process through the budget to avoid the deviation from baseline.
