- Planning all the preventive & corrective maintenance and repairs of QGC, RTG, SPREADER and MOBILE- Schedule the maintenance plan and distribute to departments

- Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance- Senior technical staff handling and guide for quality maintenance outcome- Perform awareness session to the team on Safety, violations, general maintenance and repair, waste management, SOP and etc.- System record keeping and maintaining (EAM CMMS - Asset management) generate work schedules (Work Orders and Material requisition) according to the relevant machine- Month end/ Year end report raising, breakdown and root cause analyzing, effective solution proposals and maintenance quality development procedure building.- Perform general meetings and discuss on future business plans and developments- Follow-up spare parts requisition and procurement process- Workshop management and risk assessments prior to major repair tasks

The project consisted of constructing four substations, 24 DC bus bar lines, and modifying 40 RTG cranes

Worked in Research and Development Department (RnD) and Quality Assurance (QA) Department as a trainee and mainly responsible with projects such as,1.Torture chamber CFL bulb testing (project asst.) -To check out the all time problems of CFL bulbs in case of failures by changing real situations and conditions as temperature humidity, voltage, current and frequency. Once the tests done as above and figure out the problems of electronic components and conditions for find solutions to increase the durability and efficiency of all wattage bulbs.2.Celling fan accuracy test - Compared the accuracy of each fan (Celling and wall) by using blow sensors to find out proper air flow rate.3.Mechanical 3D modeling using SOLIDWORKS - Water proof switch parts, Big rocker, Australian terminal part, 18 way distribution box metal componants and CMM measuring procedures. 4.Electronic circuit designer using EAGLE and PROTEUS - Touch switch system (PCB design) for home Automation system. 5.Reverse Engineer - Schematic diagram redesigned CFL circuits of competitor's 6.PLC ladder programming with QBUS of home Automation System7.Hydro graphic water transfer printing (Hands on experience)
