• Establishing virtual operations in/ around the branch area.• Accountable for overall management/ administration of the branch & virtual operations.• Attain set branch/ virtual operation KRAs, business targets, collection ratio goals & maintain minimum NPL as stipulated by the company.• Ensuring timely sales recruitments, based on productivity & potential of the branch. • Implement/ monitor the stipulated distribution strategy with PatPat centres/ dealers.• Pursue sales lead processes & growth through the sales affinity app.

• Manage priorities through planning & execution to drive all aspects of branch performance. • Drive revenue/ customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, & solutions that help them achieve financial objectives.• Devise/ implement strategies to achieve goals assigned by the HO.• Assist in the development of the annual budget for the branch whilst adhering to budget parameters.• Comply with all fiscal laws, organizational policies/ procedures, regulatory requirements & legalities. • Recruit, train, & retain competent/ professional/ highly driven bank staffs.• Organize/ delegate duties among assigned personnel & ensure proper branch staff levels to meet customer needs.• Accountable for clientele expansion, risk management & compliance in a complex business environment. • Build high performing teams through attraction, on boarding, coaching & development of branch team members.• Grows branch revenue through the acquisition & share-of-wallet growth of consumers. • Lead effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers & delivering seamless customer experience in an omni channel environment.• Ensure staff performance via effective & ongoing performance management tools.
