Duties and ResponsibilitiesConsult the sales team in generating leads and qualifying prospects by analyzing the prospect’s pain area and the requirements to provide the solution offering.Conduct demonstration to prospects and existing clients on enterprise content management products and services to seize the opportunities.Engage and consult the sales team to gather requirements to develop the solution mapping along with the proposal creation activities.Maintain strong and healthy interpersonal relationships with the external and internal stakeholders while upselling existing clients with the sales team.Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on activities related to the presales processes.Increase process quality related to presales and tender activities while providing suggestions to improve.Monitor and develop strategies to identify and win new opportunities.

Support business development managers to prepare and present solutions to prospective clients.Liaison and management of staff within an off-shore global service delivery center, to deliver sales-related outputs. (i.e. sales presentations, tender responses).Provide business proposal to the customers to support the pre sales activity.
