I'm currently in a Competitive, and challenging program finishing my IT Support Specialist Certification through google. The main focus is to full grasp the fundamental, networking, Trouble shooting, and the basics of cyber security. While I study, I'm also working part-time as both a custodian and a server on weekends. With a schedule like this time-management skills have been rather easy to come by. My previous job as a manager has helped me better my customer service skills along with my ability to adapt to any environment. Which is especially helpful when there's an overflow of customers, and there's really no way of avoiding at least one customer getting upset. I look forward to the advancement of my career, and truly feel that I will be a great asset to my future company with the transferable skills that I have developed along with my creative way of thinking outside the box.
