We formed a Family Trust in 2019 in order to consolidate and better manage our assets, liabilities and investments, and to simplify their transition on our passing. My job is twofold, to work with our financial advisors on overall strategy, as well as identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities. Our overarching goal is to steadily increase our charitable giving and volunteering effort’s, and to hopefully make a small difference in the lives of others less fortunate than us.

As someone who experienced health issues over many years, I finally concluded that leaving my health solely in the hands of medical professionals, is just not sufficient. So began my 10+ year journey of learning as much as I could, about the physical and mental issues I faced. The result was the development of daily protocols and practices that complement the advice of my doctors and medical professionals. This combination has provided me great relief, as well as giving me a sense of autonomy over my health outcomes. This is a life long learning journey; new ideas and practices are emerging daily; and I strive to keep up with all the latest research and emerging practices. I love to talk with other like minded people, share my learnings and experience and learn from their journeys. Have I solved all my problems, hell no!, but I have taken many positive steps, one practice at a time, which have improved my day to day life significantly.
