Because they’re kids, they need adults to make that kind of classroom a reality for them.Unfortunately, so many kids today feel disconnected, and the deep wounds they sustain in childhood define their sense of self long into the future.I’m on a mission to change this.I’m an educational consultant who helps elementary teachers to create an emotionally safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that ends bullying and cliques. A harmonious, empathy-based classroom where children know that others care about what they think, and they feel free to express themselves.I have decades of experience as an elementary teacher, assistant principal, principal, instructional designer, teacher trainer, and elementary education consultant, as well as an MS in Educational Leadership and an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction.As the Founder of My Team Magic, an educational consultancy, I partner with private and parochial elementary school administrators to train teachers via online and in-person courses and workshops.
