Responsibilities included developing and maintaining financial models and completing valuation analysis of both financing and M&A opportunities. Assisted in completing formal reports presented to management, company principals and the Board of Directors.Key team member during sale of True Gold Mining to Endeavour Mining in the Spring of 2016. Responsibilities included developing pro forma models and valuation analysis, formal presentations for the Board of Directors and Special Committee, as well as press releases and marketing presentations once the transaction was announced.
