- I am president and founder of Healthy Workplaces, a national consulting practice that centers on human systems dynamics. This includes coaching, diversity, social equity, women’s leadership, and the infinite potential of creating healthy, productive, and sustainable environments.- I am the former CEO of an international nonprofit corporation; have served as a key advisor to senior civilian and military personnel within the US Department of Defense; and delivered innovative leadership programs to more than 40 diverse communities worldwide. I co-founded the Simple Rules Foundation, whose mission is to help individuals, organizations, and communities to implement systems change; and I am also a faculty member at Grand Canyon University. - I am an expert in corporate strategy, culture, diversity, and systems change; and I am often quoted in in the media. I have a Ph.D. in Public Health Promotion and Organizational Systems from the Union Institute and University, an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut, and am a certified executive coach and mediator. I have also written seven books.
