The core responsibilities:• Review of the NAV packs and closing packages.• Perform UAT Tests, identify the gaps and the causation of discrepancies to automate the pricing of the funds.• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly pricing, reconcile the daily, month-end pricing and investigate the causation of breaks between the accounting books and Custodian reports.• Reconciling the cash balances daily and performing the required checks when monitoring the settlement of cash transactions.• Reporting to internal operations teams and communicating with custodian banks about cash transactions.• Reconciling the holdings with the administrators and investigating break causation, recommend proposed solutions and finalizing the reconciliations.• Monitoring multiple mailboxes, maintain agreements and investment documentation

I'm part of the M&A between Hedgemark Technologies and Innocap Group, enjoying the equal responsibilities post Acquisition, picked up from BNY Mellon Hedgemark. Core responsibilities: • Calculation of Management fee, Incentive Fee, Performance Fee. • NAV Calculations. • Journal posting and accounting of trades. • Validation of Accruals, P&L and Trial Balance. • Review of 2-way Reconciliations and resolution of breaks. • Review of Withholding Tax. Additional responsibilities:• Calculating the Net Liquidity. • Processing the payments via Wire Transfers (SWIFT). • Calculation of the Fees (Management fee, Incentive fee, Admin fee, etc.) on a pro-rata basis as per the Fund Agreement between the CPs. • Fund setups • configure the automation of files to pull from repository, writing rules to parse correct values. Hands-on experience in handling the new funds since its launch to process the payments, reconciliations and NAV Validations.

Experienced in the Alternative Investments industry as a part of the Hedge funds working on the structured funds to reconcile the cash balances as per the reports provided by the Fund Administrators for the Master funds, Fund-of-Funds and Feeder funds.
