Client :Mercedes Benz Research Development of India1. Release of Automotive components through PLM Tools, (NX) and support in Change Management Activity.2. Part Positioning and Trafo Updations.3. Checking, storing, Releasing CAD Data and Drawing (Basic NX).4. Perform Product Data Management/Release tasks based on customer requirement.

1. Responsible for Homologation of the electric vehicle and installation of components as per CMVR Standard’s.2. Identifying, creating and assessing supply chain for various certified components of electric vehicle.3. Ensuring that internal processes are defined and controlled following ISO Standards.

1. Responsible for ensuring the products meet quality standards to minimize time loss in Production with respect to products defects.2. Manage all quality related issues within manufacturing team including the suppliers and their escalation through identifying the root cause and instigate Permanent corrective action.4. Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system which ensures affective documentation and ease to minimization of product defects.5. Carry out and resolve internal audits such as CSA, CPA and Aging Audits.
