In this role I was responsible for planning classes and instructing students (aged 4-50+). I also completed administrative duties that ranged from maintaining social media and email accounts, to coordinating fundraisers and planning events.

Quint Development Corporation is a non-profit Community Economic Development organization. As an Employment Coordinator I worked one-on-one with job seekers and provided assistance in the following areas: Resume & Cover Letter writing, Job Searching, Interview Preparation, Career planning. I also coordinated programs including Driver’s Education and Adult GED.

The Babysteps Program is an initiative run by Egadz Downtown Youth Centre Saskatoon. The program aims to reunite mothers, children, and families by providing 24/7 parenting and emotional support for participants. As an outreach worker for the Babysteps program I was responsible for case planning with participants and providing the support necessary to accomplish these goals. A main component of my position was referring individuals to community resources and assisting individuals in accessing these supports.

The Babysteps Program is an initiative run by Egadz Downtown Youth Centre Saskatoon. The program aims to reunite mothers, children, and families by providing 24/7 parenting and emotional support for participants. Children and mothers live in a group home setting for the duration of their time in the program. Homes are staffed by support workers who are trained in providing crisis counselling, early childhood education, family counselling, positive discipline and family bonding techniques. As a support worker I was responsible for supervising mothers interacting with and caring for their children. I was responsible for documenting participants' progress in daily reports and carrying out the initiatives discussed in participants' case planning meetings.
