Being someone who loves people, I pride myself on the last (almost) 13 years that I have spent in the customer service industry. I have had various roles in this industry including starting off working at my hometown mom and pop diner, working for the city in our community center, working multiple summers for the Scouts BSA (formally known as the Boy Scouts of America) at summer camp, to working as a personal trainer at a popular gym and as an office assistant/receptionist for a few medical offices. Making people happy is something I genuinely enjoy. Regardless of what products I was promoting or services I was providing, one of my main focuses was trying to be one of (or possibly the only) positive interaction that person may have that day.
