Throughout my undergraduate studies at Allegheny College, I have developed a strong foundation in molecular, genetic, and biochemical assays through coursework and laboratory experience. I have proven my ability to efficiently work independently, think critically, and identify and troubleshoot technical issues through the successful completion and defense of my senior thesis. I am eager to apply my knowledge and to learn and grow as a young research scientist. I am particularly interested in studying infectious disease interventions via molecular and genetic frameworks and methodologies.
