I am responsible for ensuring my clients' payroll is being done in an efficient and timely manner. To ensure individuals' are being paid properly I must make sure garnishments, taxes, and specific benefits (such as 401K and HSA) are setup appropriately. This position requires extreme attention to detail while having to meet strict deadlines.

I focused on providing exceptional customer service by educating the customer on making the best decisions in regards to their car rental.After I had gained some experience I was in charge of running my own branch, which consisted of planning the vehicle inventory for the day, as well as managing the back end of the business (i.e. closed pended tickets, callbacks, bad debt).
