During my internship with Fidelity National Title, I worked alongside business professionals in the commercial real estate field. My day to day activities included researching possible clients or sales opportunities, building excel spreadsheets of helpful sales data, sitting in on sales meetings, and learning the ins and outs of commercial real estate and title insurance.

Being a shift lead, I specialize in overseeing customer-employee relations as well as being out on my feet working to get tasks finished efficiently. I work closely with my general manager, relaying information to ensure that there is good communication between staff and higher-ups. Customer experience is extremely important to the Crumbl corporation, so having good work ethic and a good attitude are a very valuable part of my role at Crumbl.

After working for this company for 2 years, I assisted in training any new hosts before my departure to Fort Collins to pursue my degree.
