Coach for a range of athletes between 4th-11th grade. My main priority is to provide a competitive yet fun environment for all of our girls to grow as lacrosse players and people. We hope to instill good work ethic, time management and team first mentalities in every athlete at the club.For the older athletes who are looking to be recruited, it is my job to help them in communication with college coaches and providing as much of a bridge between the two as allowed. Make sure to guide each athlete the best to my ability and provide my personal experience to help them find the correct fit at the next level. I hope to use my passion for sports to inspire these girls to compete at the highest level to the best of their abilities.

While working for the Saint Joseph's University women's lacrosse team, it is my responsibility to help the head and assistant coaches with day to day activities that keep the team running and competing at a Division 1 level. Some of the responsibilities I hold include:-Helping with everyday operations such as organization, schedules and practice/gameplans-Social Media Presence (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter)-Responsible for connecting with alumni and parents-Defensive scout and goalie training-Helped with on campus recruiting (meeting with prospective student athletes and parents)-Contact person for opposing teams’ director of operations-Assisted in coaching the team to its third straight Atlantic 10 semi-finals appearanceI hope to instill the lessons I learned while playing at this university to all the young athletes that pass through our program. To see the progress our program has in the last few years is one of the main reasons I wanted to stay and coach again. Recruiting and providing a competitive yet fun environment for all of our athletes has become something I'm passionate about.

-Summer season coached rising seniors looking to find college commitments or maintaining commitments-Following summer, became head coach for the clubs rising 7th graders-Provided this team with personal experience to help them moving forward in their lacrosse careers-Responsible for working with other coaches to come up with strategies, practice/game-plans and assisting in club operations-Relayed club information to players and parents-Helped provide travel and hotel information for away tournaments and games
