I began my education career in December of 2014. Throughout the past seven and a half years I have developed instructional materials that serve the needs of multiple learners. I have critical skills in data analysis in order to ensure that all users are achieving at high levels. Part of my responsibilities include mentoring new educators and leading professional development for staff on grading techniques and engagement strategies. Professional developments that I lead also inform new teachers on critical engagement strategies that encourage inquiry based learning and management necessities. I have had the pleasure of building positive relationships with community stakeholders both inside and outside of the classroom. It is my belief that through positive relationships real learning and development takes place.
