• Offer one-to-one support to clients who are grieving a loss to suicide.• Offer one-to-one or family support to those who are supporting a loved one who is suicidal.• Facilitate 12-week suicide bereavement support group three times a year.• Conduct community debriefings.• Assist with program development.• Plan community events that honor the lives lost to suicide.

• 64 hours of comprehensive training in crisis management, suicide prevention, family violence and senior’s abuse.• Provide non-directive supportive listening, act as a first line of contact to those in need and when necessary identify referrals to appropriate community resources.

• Deliver public education workshops: suicide intervention suicide awareness family violence intervention crisis intervention de-escalating angry clients debriefing stressful situations self-harm• Develop workshop content and materials.• Act as a member of the distress line volunteer training team.
