I am currently a Senior studying at Texas State University, intending to earn by BBA in Accounting by May 2025. I am originally from the big city of Houston where I grew up with my single-mother working as an accountant, and I intend to follow in her footsteps. I am intrigued by the networking of the business world and am eager to search for opportunities to personally expand my knowledge and experience through connecting with others. Upon attending events such as Texas State’s Meet the Firms, I realize that there is quite the platform to do so. I have learned much already during my time at Texas State and plan on having a productive Senior year. I look forward to the completion of my currently enrolled courses (including but not limited to: Intermediate Accounting I, Survey of Income Tax, and Accounting Systems). Once I further my skills in Accounting, I am very excited and eager to be able to apply them in an internship position.
