My practice includes assisting clients on national and international corporate transactions, counseling clients on post-acquisition and restructuring-related issues, and negotiating and drafting complex employment-related agreements. I also counsel clients on the enforceability of restrictive covenants, union matters, employment-related policies, and other labor and employment issues. My approach to counseling and transactional matters is enhanced by my robust experience litigating labor and employment-related issues in U.S. federal courts, arbitrations, and before regulatory bodies.In addition, I maintain an active pro bono practice. I have handled custody and housing matters in D.C. superior court, as well as asylum proceedings and a federal habeas appeal. I have also assisted with capital defense work.
