Hello fellow professionals!I recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a Bachelor's in Computer Science.I am Mallory and my passion is programming in Python, although anything tech-related piques my interest. I have over 4 years of experience with Python and growing. A few libraries that I am familiar with are keras, numpy, flask, pandas, json, sklearn and sqlalchemy. I have recently been learning development and deployment with AWS. My most recent project is creating and deploying a Django web application connected to a SQL backend that retrieves and stores data through the Venmo API.In addition to Python, I have created projects in C#, JAVA, SML and have experience with creating and using REST APIs.I am certified in CompTIA Security+ CE (since expired), SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 and AWS Certified Developer Associate. I have experience with connecting and using SQL databases in my projects as well as deploying multiple applications on Amazon Linux 2 virtual instances. I am currently an Adjunct Instructor at Fayetteville Technical Community College, where I received my very first technology degree. Coming back to the school where my tech journey began has been such a positive experience.I work with an amazing team and wonderful students. Currently, I am mainly teaching Python and some front-end development. I hope to stay with FTCC for the foreseeable future and hopefully inspire others to pursue programming and technology.
