Help supervise 12 student workers over the summer Conference Housing season. Oversaw the front desk work, customer service, training of the student workers, team building exercises, weekly staff meetings, etc. Checked rooms to make sure they were ready for guests. Answered phone calls from guests and student workers.

Worked with Master Teacher to plan daily, weekly, and monthly lessons based on school curriculum and abilities of the students. Taught one solo week planned by myself. Worked with 20 students of varying abilities. Created relationships with students since I came into the school year in February.

Supervised 5 mailroom student workers, checked on student workers weekly, created schedules based on students availability, at times assisted in the mailroom during high traffic times, etc.

Observed the Master Teacher to fully understand the complexity of becoming a teacher. Worked with the Master Teacher to take over lessons and become confident with students in the classroom. Worked one one one, in small groups, and whole class with lessons planned by myself and the Master Teacher. Took over one week for the Master Teacher where we carefully planned a weeks worth of lessons successfully implemented. Worked and organized learning groups with parents as it was a parent participatory school.

-Assisted in overseeing a dormitory hall of SJSU students by supervising twelve Residential Assistants (RA), one office manager, and five office assistants.-Facilitated the RA's in community development, academics, and mediation with the residents.-Ran RA training activities, office staff training activities, staff development activities, and ran staff meetings.-Was on 24 hour call for assistance with RA's and resident emergencies for residents on the SJSU housing site.

-Established a safe and inclusive community for students attending and living at SJSU. -Planned extensive programs to involve, teach, and include residents of the SJSU dorms. This included requesting and staying within a budget as well as implementing programs-Mediated conflicts with dorm residents -Ran an exclusive all academic floor with academic programming.- Was on call for emergencies for the building to provide a safe environment based on the Community Handbook and rules for living in the dorms. Provided documentation of incidences to supervisors within hours of incidents. As well as held a professional manner with the emergency response teams.

Answered customer service calls, assigned rooms to guests staying at the University, checked rooms and set up rooms for guests, etc.
