Current-Designs and implements a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Seed Health’s mission and business goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and employee growth.-Develop and leads scalable programs for onboarding, ongoing education (scientific and skills-based), professional skills, and people ops critical needs, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet organizational needs.-Manages all strategy for Seed's internal knowledge base and learning management systems, leveraging learning technologies to enhance program accessibility and engagement, while establishing KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive improvement.-Collaborates with Brand, Creative, Marketing, Talent, Executive, and People Operations teams to align internal communications with external-facing goals and elevate Seed’s mission, vision, and values through internal programming.
