I am currently the head of the Department for Scientific Programming and Incentive Actions(SPAIS) at Institut Pasteur, part of the Scientific Direction. SPAIS aims to support Pasteur's Strategic Plan by creating an internal ecosystem of incentive tools to build a strong portfolio of research projects and skills.Previously, I served as Deputy Director of the Department of Technology and Scientific Programs, now the Department of Technology (DT). My team managed the Scientific Research Incentive Programs portfolio, focusing on developing Pasteur's technology park.Before joining Institut Pasteur in 2015, I was the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances at Inserm Transfert, the private subsidiary of Inserm. I focused on Open innovation with 15 years of experience in Technology Transfer (business development) covering biomedical research and human health with a strong focus on biopharmaceuticals (therapeutic monoclonal antibodies and technology platforms). I have a broad experience of public-private partnerships between the academic research and worldwide Biotech/biopharma Industry developing Open innovation deals, early-stage in-licensing, technical evaluation and alliance management.I hold a Ph.D. in Immunology and Molecular Pharmacology from the University of Paris Descartes, France, with extensive experience in oncology and endocrinology through postdoctoral positions and Inserm scientific positions.
