I manage an awesome small town coffee shop. The job currently includes creating work schedules, inventory, problem solving, communication with our suppliers, keeping customers smiling, tasting and brewing darn good coffee, and mentoring my staff. Figuring out ways to bring in new business also falls under my job description.

As an Area Director I assisted in writing up programs, lessons, and devotionals. I was in charge of managing teams that changed throughout the summer. In this position I was called upon to mentor my staff and support them as they needed. An important and significant part of the job was teaching lessons to groups of high school students. Problem solving, working under pressure, and being flexible were keep elements to making this position successful.
