My role in the IT department is to purchase software. Currently I manage over 100 different software purchases both new and renewals. I work with different vendors to insure I find the best price for my customers. I also help manage our front desk and assist with walk in's and phone calls on a daily basis. My other role in the IT department at Mizzou is to purchase and renew domains for departments.I use people-soft, excel, access, and Microsoft on a daily basis and occasionally work in Remedy. I am also currently the Co-chair of our IT departments activities association, as well as Co-chair of our United Way campaign.

While working at State Farm I was an Underwriting service assistant. I reviewed and processed auto applications and communicated and built relationships with agents and customers via data services.I performed risk based analysis for customer qualifications and provided completion of additional tasks for management on an as needed basis.We had quotas and goals on completed work in which we had to meet daily. While there I was a member of State Farm Employees Activities Association also known as SFEAA. After my second year on the committee I was nominated to become president. I began that role in 2012. My role as President was to be in charge of 25 members in which we planned actives and events for the entire building of over 2000 employees.
