Senior Administrative Assistant
Current-Support five senior global executives in the areas of Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial Sales-Effectively manage competing priorities by utilizing exceptional business acumen and understanding ever-changing business needs --Serve as a trusted thought partner to leaders by involvement in core project and initiatives --Led administrative workstream on the CAN North America COVID-19 Business Continuity Planning Team--Project Admin on two confidential Capital Investment projects, Project Scout and Project Tahoe--Planning lead of the 2022 and 2023 CAN North America Leadership Forum with over 275 attendees and 200 attendees respectively--Arranged ceremony, luncheon and formal dinner for internal and external stakeholders for the groundbreaking of a new $84M facility in Granger, WA-Effectively organize and maintain leader’s calendars-Manage leader email boxes, including preparing and drafting correspondence on their behalf -Manage confidential materials, including preparing meeting materials on their behalf-Coordinate domestic and international travel for leaders as well as being personally available to travel as needed to support leader’s meetings, workshops and events-Support leaders through confidential hiring and urgent termination logistics and communications-Draft message communications for supported leaders, execute communications plans on behalf of leaders for multiple re-organizations and projects-Plan, procure and ship various gifts and incentive prizes to internal and external recipients-Reconciliation and filing of expense reports for self as well as five supported leaders using ChromeRiver and Concur expense system-Support extended leadership teams by assisting with coordination, creation and planning of various agendas, meeting activities, group meals and hotel stays-Request and compile weekly and monthly data reports for leadership, using scorecards, Power BI, Tableau dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations
