Scheduling all daily routes for trucks, making sure all routes are full and in order by direction, answering all incoming calls, returning all business inquires via phone and or email, collecting and inputting payments, inputting all invoices and services performed by technicians, monitoring weekly production of all technicians, handling customer complaints and or concerns, sales of all pest control products and services to customers and businesses , and all daily office/clerical duties.

This job is a once a year, part time after business hours job.I work for a small business during tax season. This job takes away no time from my normal full time working hours. The job includes inputting all years bank statements into Quick Books, reconciling each month as well as year-end, talking with CPA regarding any changes that need to be made, communicating with the IRS, organizing all invoices and cash receipts.

Manage Excel spreadsheet with daily updates, stock all purchased vehicle into ADAMS system, daily updating of title status, receive purchased units off line and stock into inventory, create and close service repair orders, general office duties.
