After several years practicing in law firms both in Indianapolis and Evansville, I decided I wanted to provide a different kind of client experience and launched my own firm. Compassion, advocacy and transparency are cornerstones of my practice. Although I have significant experience in a wide variety of areas, I focus my practice on family law, domestic relations mediation, and immigration.

At Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn, I focused on general litigation matters such as contract disputes, real estate disputes, and insurance subrogation, as well as family-based and employer-sponsored immigration petitions, personal injury, family law, and collections law.

At Blackburn and Green, I focused solely on representing accident victims. These cases included all personal injury matters, such as auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death matters, slip and falls, injuries to children, and many other types of injuries.

At Vernon J. Petri & Associates, I litigated personal injury and medical malpractice claims on behalf of the plaintiffs. I also incorporated my experience with Deckard Law LLC to expand Vernon J. Petri & Associates' areas of practice, which then included various family law, criminal defense, and small claims issues. I strived to provide compassionate counsel, competent legal advice, and compelling advocacy.Lastly, I worked to manage and improve the firm's marketing and advertising. I redesigned and updated the content of our firm's website in order to improve our public image. Additionally, I managed all of the remainder of the firm's marketing efforts, including all types of print and internet outlets. As a result of these efforts, we saw a substantial increase in firm traffic.
