Growing up amidst a culture of social change, Mallory's commitment to compassionate acts and paying it forward drives her both personally and professionally.Recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the YWCA USA, Mallory also lends her expertise to the Archie Griffin Scholarship Fund and serves on the Resource Development Committee for CelebrateOne. Her contributions have been recognized through community accolades such as being named to Columbus CEO Magazine’s Future 50 Class of 2021 and being honored in the Columbus Urban League’s HERstory. Additionally, Mallory is a recent graduate of the African American Leadership Academy and holds certifications in grant writing and nonprofit management from the University of Houston and The Ohio State University.Mallory's impact extends beyond recognition; she has successfully raised over $3 million for nonprofits and foundations and has garnered invaluable experience in fundraising for political campaigns. As a former Board Member of the YWCA Columbus, Mallory chaired pivotal committees such as Development, Marketing, and Communications, while also serving on the Nominating Committee. Her collaborative spirit has allowed her to work alongside dynamic leaders in Columbus, including former Mayor Michael B. Coleman, Archie Griffin, Donna James, Kenny McDonald, Joanna Pinkerton, E. Gordon Gee, and Ohio Supreme Court Justice Jennifer Brunner.Currently serving as the Chief Program Officer of Advocacy, Public Policy, and Influence at The Center for Healthy Families, Mallory's primary focus lies in creating social change for girls and young women. Also, as the founder and CEO of Eliza Consulting, she specializes in managing nonprofit and foundation needs, offering strategic guidance to build, maintain, and expand impact with a particular emphasis on female-led organizations serving young women of color.
