Campus Advantage is an innovative property management company specializing in student housing. As Leasing and Marketing Manager, I directly managed a team of three Leasing Agents and a Resident Director and indirectly oversaw a team of six Community Assistants at a student-housing complex adjacent to the Marquette University campus.
