About Mallory Gorman, Msm

I am a two-time graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign with a M.S. in Management, with a certificate in Strategic Leadership and Management, and a B.S. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering, concentrating in Soil and Water Resources Engineering. With my B.S., I have also earned minors in both Spanish and International Studies in Engineering. Currently, I am working for the College of Engineering, Office of the Assistant Dean for Research, as a Project Manager. Within this position I work primarily with the Center for Advanced Semiconductor Chips with Accelerated Performance (ASAP), the Cancer Center at Illinois, and the MIRACLE: Multimodal InteRActive Conceptual Learning project. My experiences over the past few years have helped me gain skills far beyond just engineering, and have peaked my interest in Project Management and Leadership roles. I have grown to be a problem solver, an organized and hard worker, someone with great time management, and an efficient learner. I also have experience in data management, connecting stakeholders, driving decisions, documentation, reporting to improve transparency, business systems analysis, professional conference event planning, and technical communications. I'm excited to put these skills to use in my future opportunities. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at mallorygorman12@gmail.com.
