-Develop and support over 40 Club Sport Officers-Provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for roughly 350 students to promote healthy lifestyles through competition -Manage and track a budget of over $284,000 through Club Dues, donations/fundraising deposits, University Credit Card payments, invoices, check requests, hiring paperwork, and refunds via Club Sport Deposit logbook, RecTrac, Banner, and Insight-Hire, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate, and review and approve bi-weekly payroll for the Club Sports Staff including Student Supervisors and Athletic Trainers-Build relationships with UNC Foundation, Ticketing Office, Admissions, Greeley Ice Haus and other community entities -Collaborate with other Colorado Club Sport Directors to develop best Statewide policies and procedures -Implement and enforce Coaches Orientation and Development-Improve the overall marketing for Club Sports as a whole -Enhance the efficiency of game day operations -Update the Campus Recreation Club Sports webpage -Oversee and promote the Club To Club Interactive Program-Assist in the planning of all staff training-Act as an Advisor for the UNC Campus Recreation Student Employee Board-Co-Present at all Non-Traditional, Transfer, and New Student Orientations

-Manage the daily operations of the 19 Club Sport programs-Train all new and returning Club Sport Officers -Plan, organize, and lead monthly Club Sport Officer Meetings-Assist in the forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation of individual Club Sport Budgets-Implement, develop, manage, and recruit for the Club Sport Executive Council-Reserve and maintain the Club Sports game and practice schedule through R25-Maintain the Club Sports Officer and Employee communication tool on Blackboard-Create, modify, track, and store all Club Sport paperwork including waivers, emergency contact forms, travel requests, purchase requests, fundraising documents, donation letters etc.
