- Major projects include launching Salesforce B2B dealer portal, customer and item master maintenance, orderbook management, trade agreements and pricing, business process mapping and improvement
- Administrator of Salesforce CRM across the Dealer Service, Consumer Service, Cultural Influence teams, including onboarding new users, creating custom dashboards and reports, integrating new features and functionality
