Mallory Michael is a Senior Consultant with Chartis in the Revenue Cycle practice. She brings more than 5 years of consulting and healthcare experience to the firm, specializing in revenue cycle management for health systems. She has played an integral role in consulting engagements focused on hospital billing and contract administration. She has a focus on systematic optimization and support, development of revenue cycle contract performance reporting and KPI’s, contract management, and managing cross functional revenue cycle issues as it relates to contracts and revenue cycle from an operations and IT perspective. Prior to joining Chartis, Mallory Michael was a PFS Contract Management Specialist, where she worked on implementing and maintaining comprehensive third-party Hospital and Professional reimbursement policies and practices. She also contributed to special projects related to payer performance improvement such as registration error process improvement, denial management, and payer report card creation.In addition, Mallory completed her internship at a local hospital engaging in Care Coordination where she partook in implementing process improvement by creating an integrative team aiding patient’s health care delivery from entry to discharge through deliberately organizing patient’s care and communicating among all participants to attain safer and more effective care. Mallory received her Bachelor of Science in Business degree with high distinction from Indiana University.
